Everyone gets a popper
The whole room forms a ring, each player holding a party popper. The server secretly loads exactly one at random — nobody is told which.

The hand goes around
A pull-hand travels seat to seat. On your turn a giant PULL button and a burning fuse appear — yank the string, or freeze and the fuse pulls it for you.

Duds, then the bang
Most poppers go pfft — a dud — and the tension climbs with every near-miss, until the loaded popper finally goes POP in a burst of confetti.

Whoever pops it is picked
The confetti erupts on the player who popped the loaded one — that's your pick, landing on every screen at once. Pure luck, no re-rolls.

Or play Last Popper Standing
Flip on the host's elimination toggle and each pop knocks a player out. The ring reloads and shrinks until one un-popped survivor takes the spotlight.
